The staff truly made a difference-they were welcoming and attentive, especially at the front desk, where our kids felt just as important as the adults. One highlight was the beautiful grounds, which offered spaces for our little ones to explore safely while we indulged in moments of tranquility. The concierge service was particularly useful for organizing family-friendly tours, allowing us to discover the rich culture of Oaxaca without the stress of planning.
